Vaishnavi has completed her master's in Counselling Psychology and believes each individual requires a custom process and hence takes an eclectic approach to work with clients in bringing about change, growth and betterment. Therapy is a collaborative journey with the client and the therapist focused on the client's emotions, thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Healing is not linear and the journey is a process in which the therapist believes that awareness and understanding is the first step for changing things. She is empathetic, non judgemental, and has worked with different age groups between children to middle age clients.
