Vaishnavi has completed her master's in Counselling Psychology and believes each individual requires a custom process and hence takes an eclectic approach to work with clients in bringing about change, growth and betterment. Therapy is a collaborative journey with the client and the therapist focused on the client's emotions, thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Healing is not linear and the journey is a process in which the therapist believes that awareness and understanding is the first step for changing things.
