Cancellation & Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made before the 24-hour window are eligible for either a refund or rescheduling of the session.

Processing of Approved Refunds:

⁠For all approved and eligible refunds, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 business days.

Bulk Session Bookings:

⁠If multiple sessions are booked consecutively for 3-4 days or in bulk at once, the standard refund policy does not apply.
