Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled upto 6 hours prior to schedule, sessions can be cancelled after that also, but no refund
No refund will be provided if session is cancelled up to 6 hours before the scheduled session. Any cancellation before that, there are options to claim refund or reschedule. Also note, when bulk sessions are booked continuously in subsequent 3-4 days or at once, the refund policy doesn't apply as such and request you to kindly contact the support team for processing the refund.
