As someone who's been in therapy, it has given me comfort and clarity even on days I thought I wouldn't find it and I hope you find the same. A little bit about me, I've completed my masters in Counselling psychology from Montfort College and I've worked with individuals of different age groups. Therapy with me would focus primarily on creating a non judgmental safe space where you share whatever you feel at your own pace.
