As someone who's been in therapy for over a year now I can safely say that it has brought me comfort and clarity even on days I thought I wouldn't find it. A little bit about me, I've completed my masters in Counselling psychology and I've worked with individuals of different age groups. Therapy with me would focus primarily on creating a non judgmental safe space where you can explore your concerns.
