Kavya Bendre Counselling Psychologist 8.3 Years

Hi, I’m Kavya. I’m a counseling psychologist and psychotherapist based in Thane, with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I’m a certified Queer Affirmative and trauma-informed therapist, with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. My approach is mostly person-centered, but I also bring in different methods depending on what works best for each person. I see therapy as a space to explore, reflect, and work through what’s coming up. I’m also currently training in Integral Somatic Psychotherapy, which is adding to my skills and shaping how I support emotional work in sessions.
