“My passion and skills meet at one place – and that’s counselling.” Hi, I’m Deshnaa — a warm, empathetic, and welcoming person who believes every individual has the potential to thrive. I see counselling as a safe space to explore overwhelming or confusing phases and reconnect with oneself. I love working with adolescents and adults, especially around relationship issues, emotional struggles and self-exploration. My style is person-centered, blended with existential and gestalt approaches. I also draw from CBT, REBT and solution-focused therapy when needed. At the heart of my work is the belief that every person can reach their highest self — a place of contentment and fulfillment. I’m here with a moto to support by offering help to the people to help themselves. As a counsellor, I am genuine, focused and assertive — someone who listens deeply and responds with clarity and care.
