As an obese kid with low self-esteem, I gained self-confidence, mental endurance, and physical strength through long-distance running. It was running that also sparked my love for sports and exercise psychology. To fuel this passion, I completed my BSc. Psychology in Women’s Christian College, and MSc. Sports and Exercise Psychology in Loughborough University. Sports changed my life, and I realized that sport has a lot to do with the mind. I now practice as a Sports and Performance psychologist, and Behavioural Coach, to pass on that knowledge to others.
