Growth and healing begin with feeling safe, seen and supported. I believe in co-creating a space of safety for exploring the past, navigating through apprehensions about the future while supporting you in finding a steady sense of safety and grounding in the present moment—an anchor you can return to again and again.
My approach integrates Mindfulness, Somatic Practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Principles, while being deeply rooted in Trauma-Focussed and Grief-Sensitive care. I believe in a holistic approach to care—one that honors the deep connection between mind and body, supporting the process of therapy in a way that feels integrated and whole.
I primarily work with adults navigating experiences of trauma, grief, stress, identity and self-related concerns, self-harm and suicidality, anxiety and mood challenges—supporting my clients at their own pace, in a way that feels meaningful and empowering for them.
