Counselling Psychologist
7.0 years of Experience
I’m a Counseling Psychologist with 7+ years of experience in the field of mental health. I work with individuals and couples navigating communication challenges, identity exploration, partnership dynamics, separation, career shifts, marriage, relocation, and the subtle but persistent feeling of being “in-between” versions of yourself.
Sessions with me look like:
Slowing down a recent conflict and understanding what was happening underneath the words : identifying emotional bids, triggers, and unmet needs.
Mapping recurring relational patterns and gently challenging beliefs that may be shaping how you show up.
Practicing new communication responses in-session so you feel more prepared outside the room.
Exploring identity and self-worth through structured reflection or creative exercises when words feel limiting.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches. I integrate Adlerian therapy, Gottman Method, CBT, SFBT, and expressive arts–based approaches, while employing a biopsychosocial model in my sessions ,which means we look at your patterns not just psychologically, but also in the context of your relationships, environment, culture, and lived experiences.
The work is collaborative, intentional, depth based and growth-oriented : with attention to both emotional depth and practical change.
