I am Kavithaakshini D., holds a Master's degree in psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology. I believe in eclectic approach to psychotherapy and incorporate aspects from various schools as per individual needs, as well as I look forward to work on with different lenses in my practice.
*The duration for the first session is 60mins and the subsequent sessions will be for 45mins each.

Inspite of being a pessimist about getting help, hiring Kavithakshini to be my therapist has been one of the best decisions i ever took, she helped come out of addictions i was struggling with for decades and more importantly she changed how i saw myself. My ADHD is under control and am able to navigate the vicissitudes of life lot better!
As much as I wanted to, I’d always been dicey about undergoing therapy for quite a lot of months. Although I’m just a few sessions into it, I feel safe to say that doing so has been one of the best decisions of my life. Your unique method of working on the surface and the roots feels perfectly balanced and instils a unique sense of ease and comfort. The safe space that you effortlessly create throughout all your sessions is much appreciated. I feel safe knowing I’ve got a therapist like you aiding me in my healing processes :’)
If I am able to seek answers from within, its because of the therapy. I am hopeful and I can see myself becoming positive especially during uncertain events. I am able to feel all the emotions clearly and understand why I feel what I feel. With the weekly activities, I am able to objectify my emotions and categorise them. Writing and drawing are my favourites! The simple talk therapy sessions and games, make me feel therapy sessions can be fun too. Thank you Kavithaakshini for understanding me and guiding me the way I want to be.
