I'm a certified Expressive Arts Therapist and a Counselling psychologist who uses talk in combination with the Arts to facilitate self exploration for my clients. I believe in providing a safe and non-judgemental space for anyone who wishes to explore/work on different aspects of their life. In this form of therapy we use different artistic modalities such as movement, drama, art and expressive writing as a means of expression of inner feelings and thoughts providing deeper insight into the self. No prior experience in the field of arts is required to indulge in this process.

She ensures & practices a completely judgment-free environment, which helped me open up & explore difficult emotions that were once very difficult to be articulated. Throughout my sessions, I felt heard & validated. Shefali holds an immense amount of patience, which helped me take my space & never felt any urgency to express myself. Her guidance & insights have been instrumental in navigating some of the most challenging moments in my life. Ms Shefali has really helped me overcome a lot of my self defeating behaviour. She helped me too intropect on myself. It seems simple but i don't think we give ourselves to time to do it. I came with intrusive thoughts, high Anxiety, perfectionism and other issues. I took about 20 sessions to address all of these. She makes it easy to share about myself and I'm now in the best place of my life. Art therapy really did help me, even though i did it rarely, my Skepticism of it has gone.
