A therapist's goal is to help their patients make their own decisions after understanding and clarifying their feelings and emotions. A therapist is there to listen to you and help guide you to get a clearer mind and perspective through listening and talking.

Is it necessary to book a therapy package ?

Mental wellness is a continuous commitment and work that you have to put in to see a change. You would need guided support throughout your therapy period. Each person requires a different number of sessions based on the challenges they are undergoing. Your therapist will suggest how many sessions they think you will need to address the challenges you are facing. So accordingly you can book a package which will save you some time instead of booking a session one at a time.

What is a subscription Model ?

The subscription model of therapy is essentially for those who would need it on a more frequent basis. In this model, you can choose a subscription period, and for the said period, you can take up any number of sessions with a daily cap of 60 minutes. You will also be provided with an unlimited chat option with the therapist during your subscription period.

What is the duration of first session ?

The first session is for 60 minutes, and the subsequent sessions are for 45 minutes each. However, these timings are subjective to how a session goes on, and the therapist will allow for few extra minutes if the need arises.
