I am Kahini, a dedicated therapist with 2 years of experience working with individuals across different stages of life, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Over the course of my practice, I have supported clients facing a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem difficulties, loneliness, adjustment issues, and more. I understand that every individual’s journey is unique, and I approach therapy with the belief that each person has their own strengths, stories, and challenges that deserve to be heard and respected. My therapeutic approach is deeply client-centered, which means that your needs, goals, and pace are at the heart of our work together. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to share your thoughts and emotions openly, without fear of criticism or pressure. I see therapy as a collaborative process — one where we work together to explore your experiences, understand patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping and growing. I believe that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I feel privileged to be a part of that journey with my clients. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, empathy, and guidance as you navigate challenges, discover your inner resources, and move toward healing and well-being. My hope is that through therapy, you will feel empowered to reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful changes that bring greater balance and fulfillment to your life.
